Appointment Policy

To ensure you receive the full luxury experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a need to reschedule or shorten your session to maintain the quality of service we provide. For more details on rescheduling, cancellations, and any associated fees, please refer to our full policy. We value your time and are committed to delivering an exceptional grooming experience.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our valued clients and expert stylists, we maintain a 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy. This allows us to ensure availability for all clients seeking our tailored services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours, the following fees will be applied to the credit card on file:

All Grooming & Styling Appointments:

  • 15 minutes – $50
  • 30-59 minutes – $100
  • 60+ minutes – $150

All Skin & Aesthetic Appointments:

  • Skin Consultations – $30
  • Skin Services – $50

For clients who have three no-shows or late cancellations, we will require full prepayment for future appointments at the time of booking. Please note, the prepayment will be non-refundable if the cancellation/no-show policy is violated. However, if the appointment is rescheduled prior to 48 hours, the prepayment will be credited toward future services.

We understand that life happens, but we ask for your understanding as last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other clients on our waiting list. Your cooperation helps us maintain the highest standards of service for you and all of our esteemed clientele.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Our goal is to provide results that enhance your confidence and style, but please keep in mind that aesthetic results can vary from person to person. Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve your desired outcome, and we are happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Retail Products:
We do not offer refunds on products purchased, but if a product is defective, it can be exchanged within 14 days for the same item.

Gift Certificates:
Please note, gift certificates are non-refundable.

Children Policy

While we love children and babies, we kindly ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. This ensures a safe and serene environment for all our clients, allowing them to fully enjoy their grooming experience.

Pet Policy

Although we adore animals, we ask that you please leave pets at home during your visit. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, we will respectfully ask that you remove the animal from our facility. This ensures that all clients have a peaceful and uninterrupted experience.

We appreciate your understanding and consideration for all of our guests.

Consultation Policy

Each appointment begins with a professional consultation to ensure that your grooming experience is tailored to your individual needs. During this consultation, we will discuss your style preferences, hair texture, daily routine, and grooming goals to ensure we deliver precisely what you’re looking for. This allows us to provide expert recommendations and ensure your style reflects the best version of yourself.

Walk-In Policy

To ensure we provide the highest level of service and a tailored experience, we do not accept walk-ins. We highly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to guarantee availability and the exclusive grooming experience you deserve. For our Luxe Craft clients, priority booking is available to ensure your preferred time is reserved.

Product Policy

We exclusively use premium men’s grooming products, selected for their unparalleled quality and effectiveness. Our master artisan will personally recommend specific products based on your hair type, style preferences, and grooming needs to ensure you achieve optimal results. We are committed to providing only the finest products to complement your tailored grooming experience.

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience, we encourage booking your appointment online. Scheduling in advance guarantees that your preferred time is secured, allowing us to provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.
